About me
West la college (fall 2002-spring 2007)
My first exposure to computing was learning Microsoft Windows XP, then getting to know the various apps of Microsoft Office XP and 2003.
California State university, dominguez hills (fall 2007-fall 2012)
I was introduced to new and different software here, including Windows Vista and 7, Microsoft Visual Basic, Visio and Project, and even Oracle Database.

Trouble with the PC?
Try these fixes first:
Check the power cable (is the device turned on?)
Unplug the computer from its power source, then wait 30-300 seconds and plug the cable in
Update your Windows OS, then your drivers, then your regular software
Clean out the dust from the inside of your desktop computer
Use a utility program like CCleaner once a month (update, then run cleaner)
Check the video cable
Reboot your computer when prompted
Replace an os installation on a hard drive with a 500GB+ solid state drive
Replace cheaper components before more integral/expensive ones
Update Antivirus and MalwareBytes Anti-Malware once a week, then run scans on both
